AI Executive Assistant (Full-Time | Long-Term | E-commerce, Trading, Digital Products, Marketing)

Full-time, long-term (exclusive role – no other clients)

Base Pay - $800 USD / month (? $200 per week), paid weekly via Wise or Payoneer

Commission Potential - High-earning potential through performance bonuses and commissions on successful projects, product launches, and growth milestones. Hard work and results are rewarded.

Schedule
Start around 7 PM Eastern Time (7 AM Philippines Time) – collaborate live with the founder during U.S. evenings
Trial Period -14-day paid probation

Core Responsibilities
• Learn and apply coding through AI. This is one of the most important parts of your role. Use multiple AI platforms — ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, Bubble, Notion, and others — to build, automate, and troubleshoot workflows and digital systems. You don’t need to be a coder yet, but you must learn fast and deliver results through AI.
• Learn and create AI-based content, including videos, images, and written content using tools like Sora, Runway, Midjourney, Pika Labs, and others. You’ll produce short-form and long-form visuals for social media and digital products.
• Implement and manage AI-driven workflows and automations across business operations.
• Run and manage social-media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) — plan, schedule, and post content using AI tools.
• Assist in product launches, content organization, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Handle project updates, documentation, and follow-through until tasks are fully complete.
• Perform repetitive or detailed tasks efficiently using AI and automation tools.
• Coordinate communications, files, and reports between multiple brand projects.
• Follow-through and accountability: provide daily end-of-shift updates summarizing what’s completed, what’s in progress, and what’s next. Never leave a task hanging — ensure clarity and continuity for both you and the founder.
• Solve problems creatively — find errors, fix them, and see projects through from start to finish.
