Virtual Assistant (Social Media Focus) | Part-Time

About luna:
luna is a health and wellbeing app for teen girls - empowering and supporting over 150,000 girls worldwide through adolescence. Our mission is to help girls feel confident, informed, and supported through every stage of growing up.
We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our social media efforts - someone who loves bringing ideas to life online and engaging with our growing community.

Role Overview:
You’ll support luna with all things social media, focusing mainly on Instagram organic content & ads.
This is a part-time role - 8 hours per week, split into two half-days.

What You’ll Do:
- Edit short-form social media videos (mainly Reels and ads)
- Schedule content across platforms (primarily Instagram)
- Share creative ideas for new posts, trends, and campaigns
- Engage with other creators’ posts and comments to boost visibility
- Comment on forums or communities to promote luna authentically
- Perform light community management (responding to comments and DMs)
- Other adhoc tasks such as sourcing influencers

What We’re Looking For
- Experience with social media video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
- Creative with a strong understanding of engagement tactics
- Great communication skills (even when things go wrong)
- Attention to detail
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
- Reliable with time management (able to plan and batch work effectively)
- Compatible to work in a UK timezone
Bonus: A genuine interest in women’s and girls’ health

Tools We Use
- Slack for team communication
- CapCut, Canva, or similar for video and content editing
- Notion for planning
