Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who’s not just a “poster,” but a strategist — someone who understands how to make content drive real business results.

You’re the right fit if you:
Have 2+ years of social media experience (Instagram & TikTok).
Know how to run paid ads and use data to improve results.
Understand content funnels and how businesses attract clients through social media.
Can write short-form video scripts and organize shoots.
Are confident managing multiple projects at once.
Can communicate clearly and professionally in English.
Think like an owner — you take initiative, stay organized, and aim for excellence.

What You’ll Do
Manage 5–6 client accounts at the same time.
Plan content strategies, write scripts, and supervise production.
Coordinate with editors, designers, and ad managers.
Publish and promote content through paid ads.
Communicate with clients and ensure clear expectations.
Track performance and prepare monthly reports.
Over time — build and lead your own creative team.

KPIs You’ll Own
1. Client satisfaction and long-term retention.
2. Account growth (followers, reach, engagement, inquiries).
3. Ad efficiency (cost per view, cost per follower, cost per client).
