Job Title: Creative E-commerce Assistant (AI & Content Specialist)

We’re an e-commerce business looking for a creative, reliable, and flexible virtual assistant to support our growing online store. This is a long-term position for someone who is passionate about e-commerce, design, content creation, and learning new skills.

Job Overview:

You will help with a mix of creative and technical tasks including product research, AI image generation, Shopify updates, Canva Pro design, and short-form video content creation. You’ll also go through online training courses we provide and apply what you learn directly into the business.

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities:

Create product and ad images using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar)

Design banners, graphics, and marketing content using Canva Pro

Customize and update Shopify store designs (themes, product pages, etc.)

Write scripts and create short-form video content (UGC-style)

Research trending and winning products using tools or criteria we provide

Organize research and findings into spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)

Go through internal training and apply techniques into real tasks

Assist with general content and creative tasks for the store

Requirements:

Experience with Shopify (customizing themes, product pages, etc.)

Proficient in Canva Pro and basic video editing (e.g. CapCut, Canva, etc.)

Familiar with AI image tools or willing to learn (training provided)

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Creative mindset and ability to take initiative

Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized

Willing to go through training courses and apply what’s taught

Stable internet connection

Preferred But Not Required:

Experience with content for social media ads (Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

Knowledge of email marketing platforms (like Klaviyo)

Experience with dropshipping or print-on-demand stores

Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)

Work Setup:

Full-time

Must be able to communicate regularly and meet deadlines

Timezone flexibility, but some overlap with our hours is preferred

Pay depends on experience and hours (to be discussed)
