### The Role
We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide essential support to Kit Webster's dynamic studio practice. As a VA, you'll be the behind-the-scenes partner helping streamline operations, amplify Kit's creative output, and connect with global audiences. This is an exciting chance to immerse yourself in the world of contemporary art, technology, and multimedia—perfect for someone passionate about creativity and organization.

### Key Responsibilities
- **Administrative Support:** Manage calendars, schedule meetings, exhibitions, and travel logistics for projects in Melbourne and internationally.
- **Research & Planning:** Conduct market research on art festivals, grants, collaborations, and emerging tech in light/sound installations; prepare briefs and reports.
- **Social Media & Marketing:** Curate content for Instagram ---------- Vimeo, and website ( ---------- ); handle posting, engagement, and audience growth strategies.
- **Project Coordination:** Assist with vendor outreach, budget tracking, and documentation for installations and commissions.
- **General Ops:** Handle email correspondence, invoice processing, file organization, and ad-hoc tasks like preparing press kits or sourcing materials.

### What We're Looking For
- **Experience:** 2+ years as a VA, ideally in creative industries (art, design, music, or tech). Familiarity with artists or studios is a big plus.
- **Skills:** Proficient in Google Workspace, Trello/Asana (or similar project tools), Canva/Adobe Suite for basic graphics, and social media platforms. Strong written/verbal English; bonus for tech-savvy folks comfortable with multimedia files.
- **Personal Traits:** Highly organized, reliable, and adaptable with a keen eye for detail. Enthusiasm for contemporary art, sound design, or immersive experiences. Ability to work independently across time zones (Melbourne-based preferred but not required).
- **Availability:** Flexible during Australian Eastern Time (AEST) business hours; occasional evenings/weekends for event support.
