### The Role
We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide essential support to Kit Webster's dynamic studio practice. As a VA, you'll be the behind-the-scenes partner helping streamline operations, amplify Kit's creative output, and connect with global audiences. ### Key Responsibilities
- **Administrative Support:** Manage calendars, schedule meetings, exhibitions, and travel logistics for projects in Melbourne and internationally.
- **Research & Planning:** Conduct market research on art festivals, grants, collaborations, and emerging tech in light/sound installations; prepare briefs and reports.
- **Social Media & Marketing:** Curate content for Instagram
- **Project Coordination:** Assist with vendor outreach, budget tracking, and documentation for installations and commissions.
- **General Ops:** Handle
### What We're Looking For
- **Experience:** 2+ years as a VA, ideally in creative industries (art, design, music, or tech). Familiarity with artists or studios is a big plus.
- **Skills:** Proficient in Google Workspace, Trello/Asana (or similar project tools), Canva/Adobe Suite for basic graphics, and social media platforms. Strong written/verbal English; bonus for tech-savvy folks comfortable with multimedia files.
- **Personal Traits:** Highly organized, reliable, and adaptable with a keen eye for detail. Enthusiasm for contemporary art, sound design, or immersive experiences. Ability to work independently across time zones (Melbourne-based preferred but not required).
- **Availability:** Flexible during Australian Eastern Time (AEST) business hours; occasional evenings/weekends for event support.
