Customer Service

Customer Service for a Dropshipping Website based in Germany.
Important tasks:
- Handling all customer emails
- Handling all disputes on Shopify and PayPal (experience is required)
- Staying in contact with our supplier on delivery times when client questions arrive
- Updating the store manager on the general subject received through email
- Updating and managing an online form about the subjects of disputes/email complaints with the up to date status of the dispute.
