Outbound Sales Rep Needed ASAP

We are a web design agency in Tampa, FL. Currently, we are looking to hire a virtual assistant to help generate leads and telemarket businesses we can sell our web design services.

We are looking to hire a someone that can generate leads and sell our web design services over the phone. We provide web design to small and medium sized business in the surrounding Tampa, Florida area, and have been in business for over 6 years.

Upon selecting the Virtual Assistant, the first 2 weeks will be a trial basis, ensuring we are a great fit for one another. The first week we will schedule an initial task that will take 10 hours. If this is successfully completed we will schedule 20 hours the second week. After successfully completing the second week we will move the Virtual Assistant to 40 hours per week. This project is ongoing.

Virtual Assistant will be responsible for the following:
• Finding the decision maker at local businesses to call and sell our services
• Call the decision maker at the local businesses you have researched and sell our services
• Log all calls and leads onto spreadsheet
• Follow up with each business
• Must have computer with reliable internet connection
•Be able to work during Eastern Standard time (12 hours difference from your time)
• Be an excellent closer on the phone
•Ask lot of questions, to ensure we are on the same page

Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant doing sales & lead generation
Great English (Spoken & Written)
Excellent business writing skills
Ability to video Skype
