As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the front line of our sales engine. Your curiosity, drive, and focus on helping Australian businesses will fuel millions of dollars in opportunity every month. By identifying and qualifying prospects, you’ll set the stage for our Partner Devlopment Managers to close deals and grow long-term partner relationships.
This isn’t just about booking meetings. It’s about uncovering needs, asking the right questions, and positioning us as the trusted 100% Australian IT Distribution partner. The opportunities you qualify directly impact the success of our partners and our business.
What You’ll Do
Proactively research, prospect, and engage with MSPs, resellers, and IT decision-makers.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring opportunities align with business needs.
Uncover customer challenges and map them to the right technology solutions.
Work closely with our Product Manager to pass on well-qualified, high-value opportunities.
Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects through calls,
Contribute to millions of dollars in qualified opportunities each month by keeping standards high and conversations meaningful.
Stay up to date with vendor offerings, promotions, and IT industry trends.
