Virtual Assistant – Financial Modelling & Business Development

About Pelvic Relief

Pelvic Relief is a women’s health company providing evidence-based pelvic health products and education. We’re entering an exciting growth phase and preparing for a fundraising round to expand our reach and impact.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant from the Philippines who can help with financial modelling, research, and sales outreach supporting our founder directly as we prepare to scale.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Business Support:

Assist in developing and updating financial models and forecasts (Google Sheets or Excel)

Conduct market and competitor research to support fundraising and investor documents

Help prepare pitch materials, investor lists, and data room content

Track key metrics and maintain progress dashboards

Sales & Outreach Support:

Research and identify potential retailers, clinics, distributors, and partners

Send outreach emails or LinkedIn messages to set up meetings with potential clients

Keep an organised CRM or sales tracking sheet

Follow up with prospects and confirm appointments

Admin & General VA Tasks:

Manage shared files, spreadsheets, and communication tools

Schedule meetings and maintain the founder’s calendar (Google Calendar / Calendly)

Conduct online research and assist with special projects

Provide ad-hoc admin support as needed

Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English
Strong with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Confident in Excel formulas, research, and organisation
Experience in sales support, outreach, or lead generation
Self-starter, organised, and detail-oriented
Reliable internet connection and good communication habits

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience in fundraising, financial modelling, or startup operations
Familiarity with health, wellness, or eCommerce
Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Airtable)
Basic design or presentation skills (Canva, PowerPoint)

Compensation & Growth:

?40,000/month (Full-time, 40 hrs/week)
