Lead Generation & Email Research Specialist

We’re a growing outreach agency supporting MedSpa and wellness brands. We’re looking for a detail-focused, resourceful researcher to help us build accurate, verified lead lists and identify real decision-makers for cold outreach.


What You’ll Be Doing
• Source prospects using platforms like Google Maps, local listings, Instagram, LinkedIn, and niche directories
• Identify key contacts such as owners, founders, managing partners, or medical directors — not generic inboxes
• Use tools like Hunter, Apollo, Snov, Clearbit, RocketReach, and Skrapp to find and verify emails
• Enrich each lead with full details: name, title, email (personal or pro), website, LinkedIn, city/province, and notes
• Maintain list quality: remove duplicates, run syntax and MX checks, flag risky domains
• Keep everything organized and properly formatted in Google Sheets


What Success Looks Like
• Daily output of 40–80 verified decision-makers
• 95 percent accuracy on names, titles, source links, and email verification notes
• No catch-all or generic emails (e.g., ---------- ---------- ----------

Requirements
• Proven experience in lead sourcing and email enrichment
• Familiar with Hunter, Apollo, Snov, Clearbit, and at least one scraping tool (e.g., PhantomBuster, Outscraper, Octoparse)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and hit daily targets
• Confident working with Google Sheets, filters, basic formulas, and data validation

Preferred but Not Required
• Experience with cold email platforms like Lemlist, Instantly, or Smartlead
• Basic understanding of deliverability practices (domain warm-up, DNS setup, list cleaning)
• Familiarity with MedSpa or local service-based businesses

Compensation and Work Setup
• $400+ USD/month depending on experience
• Bonus incentives for verified leads and meetings booked
• Long-term full-time role available
