Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, tickets, and complaints via Zendesk,
Ensure prompt, professional, and helpful responses to customers
Process orders, refunds, returns, and account updates as needed
Maintain and update customer records and documentation
Support day-to-day administrative tasks
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns quickly
Create daily or weekly reports related to customer feedback and operations
Qualifications
Must be based in the Philippines
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or virtual assistance
Hands-on experience with Zendesk (required)
Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and CRMs
Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or eCommerce platforms
Familiarity with Slack, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp
Social media management or content scheduling
Basic graphic design using Canva
