Part-Time Virtual Assistant - Social Media Engagement

About Us:
We're a growing coloring book brand with a strong social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. We create beautiful, high-quality coloring books and are building our online community.

What You'll Do:
This is an operations and engagement role - NOT a creative role.

Daily tasks:
- Respond to Instagram and TikTok DMs professionally
- Engage with target audience (commenting on posts, building community)
- Schedule social media posts (content provided by us)
- Manage collaboration inquiries following our SOPs
- Track engagement in provided templates

This role is perfect for someone who:
- Excels at consistent, daily execution
- Is extremely reliable and detail-oriented
- Follows instructions carefully
- Communicates proactively
- Understands that engagement/DMs are the #1 priority

What We're Looking For:
Required:
- Excellent written English
- Experience using Instagram and TikTok (posting, engaging, DMs)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Can commit to daily check-ins (even on weekends)
- Available for at least 6 months (preferably longer)
- Comfortable with repetitive daily tasks
- Reliable internet connection

This role does not include:
- Graphic design or illustration work
- Content strategy or planning
- Creative direction
