JOB OVERVIEW

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or four years experience in the finance or client services field (or combination of experience and secondary education)
• 1+ years of Paid Search (PPC) or online marketing experience
• Computer skills – including proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical skills, i.e., the ability to analyze results to determine key findings and/or root cause(s)
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
• Tenacity, flexibility, dependability and the ability to grasp and manage the search engine marketing process
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with fluency in English

Additional Qualifications:
• Experience managing online CPA (cost per acquisition), CPO (cost per order) or CPL programs (cost per lead) programs
• General understanding of HTML and the Internet, however, this position is not a Web development role
• Google Adwords Certification

Primary Job Functions:
• Optimize campaigns including intensive keyword bidding, ad copy testing, etc.
• Responsible for all client budgeting
• Track and report on campaign results
• Present relevant campaign research and recommendations
• Participate in weekly client status calls
