Short-Form Video Editor (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) – Long-Term, $400/Month

I am a content creator in the clean beauty, black hair, motherhood, and lifestyle niche. I post daily and need a reliable, skilled video editor who can turn raw clips into high-quality, aesthetic, viral-style short-form videos and repurpose them across platforms.

This is a long-term position with consistent monthly work.
I am only looking for someone who already edits well and understands TikTok-style content.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Edit 5–10 short-form videos per day (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Add hooks, text overlays, captions, transitions, pacing, trending sounds
• Match a clean, feminine, premium, scroll-stopping aesthetic
• Repurpose videos for multiple platforms (TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, etc.)
• Follow brand voice and visual style
• Apply feedback and improve over time
• Stay updated on trends and editing formats

Workflow will be hybrid:
• Some days I batch send multiple clips
• Some days I send clips and need same-day edits
• You must be fast and flexible

Flexible hours – as long as you deliver daily.

REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience editing short-form content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and hooks
• Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
• Able to handle 5–10 edits per day consistently
• Understands trends and platform culture
• Reliable, detail-oriented, communicates well
• Comfortable receiving and applying feedback
• Stable internet and organized workflow

• Experience with beauty, lifestyle, or UGC-style editing
• Motion graphics or animated captions
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop or ecommerce editing
