We’re looking for a detail-oriented Photo Editor to join our growing team at LensCasa.
Our ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of color and composition,
and the ability to bring out the best in every image. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that
our real estate photos are consistent, high-quality, and delivered on time to our clients.
Training will be provided for the chosen candidate.

Agents can capture their listings in minutes and receive polished photos, videos, and marketing materials within hours instead of days. Our mission is to make high-quality real estate media faster, more affordable, and more accessible while maintaining the visual excellence agents expect from traditional media.

Responsibilities:
? Edit, retouch, and enhance real estate photos to meet company quality standards
? Use Photoshop tools for removals, masking, and touch-ups, etc as needed
? Ensure consistency in tone, color, and overall style across all photos
? Collaborate closely with QC team to meet project deadlines
? Manage multiple editing projects while maintaining an organized workflow
? Apply revisions accurately and efficiently, if client requires
Requirements:
? Background in using Adobe Photoshop
? Knowledge of basic tools for removals and masking
? Detail-oriented and meticulous
? Can work flexible hours and take a shift on Eastern Standard Time (around 8AM
– 5 PM)
? Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends (Philippine time)
? Strong English communication and teamwork skills
? Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work under deadlines
Bonus Points If You:
? Have real estate photo editing background
? Have basic experience in virtual staging
