Job Title: Work-from-Home Social Media Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (Philippines – must be based in Mega Manila)
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Saturday) Evening Shift
Salary: 35,000-50,000 per month, depending on experience

We are a growing UK-based e-commerce brand specializing in men’s formal apparel. We’re looking for a highly creative, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our remote team to manage several accounts. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, love building communities online, and enjoy working in a fast-paced but supportive environment, this role is for you.

Role Overview
As our Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales through content creation, social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and digital campaigns. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of our online presence, shape our digital voice, and directly contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
Create engaging, on-brand content (graphics, videos, posts) across multiple platforms.
Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and follower interactions.
Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and viral opportunities.


Influencer & Community Growth
Identify and build relationships with influencers and partners.
Oversee collaborations, contests, and giveaways to increase engagement.
Develop growth strategies through affiliations with relevant blogs, forums, and wedding/lifestyle platforms.


Campaigns & Advertising
Plan and manage social media ads (FB/IG, TikTok, X, Pinterest, Google Ads, etc.).
Run promotions and seasonal campaigns aligned with brand goals.
Track and report on performance against KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions).


SEO & Analytics
Support SEO strategies to boost organic traffic.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
Analyze data and provide insights to improve performance.


Collaboration & Brand Consistency
Work closely with the team on creative campaigns and marketing strategies.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.


Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in digital marketing/social media management.
Skills:
Proficient in Buffer, Canva, Figma, Affinity, CapCut, and Google Drive would be preferred.
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Data-driven, creative, and highly organized.
Mindset: Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently.


Preferred Qualifications
Experience with influencer outreach and partnerships.
Strong background in analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking.
Familiarity with customer engagement or community management.
