Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, print materials, and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute creative concepts and designs that align with brand guidelines.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Design, develop, and maintain websites, ensuring functionality, user experience, and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
Ensure websites are responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
Perform regular website updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
Stay updated with the latest web design and development trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design.
Proficiency in creating designs in Figma.
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledgeable in Figma (1-3 yrs experience)
Individual Contractor and not part of a team
Can work full-time between 9am to 6pm MST
