???? Aesthetic Short-Form Video Editor & Repurposing VA (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

I’m a US-based content creator in the clean, low-tox, motherhood & beauty niche. My videos are feminine, high-quality, and conversion-focused. I create content daily and need a dedicated video editor VA who can take my raw footage and make it look premium, aesthetic, and viral-ready.

This is NOT a basic clip cutting job. I need someone with taste, creativity, and strong editing skills.

YOUR MAIN ROLE (ONLY ONE FOCUS):

Edit and repurpose short-form videos.

You will:

? Edit raw clips into high-quality TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts
? Add text overlays, transitions, hooks, captions, trending sounds
? Match a clean, feminine, viral aesthetic
? Repurpose each video across platforms (TikTok, IG, Shorts, Pinterest, etc.)
? Adjust pacing, aspect ratio, and CTA based on platform
? Stay updated on trends and editing styles
? Apply feedback and continuously improve

REQUIREMENTS

? Proven experience editing viral short-form content (portfolio REQUIRED)
? Strong knowledge of TikTok / Reels / Shorts trends & formats
? Can repurpose 1 video into multiple versions
? Proficient in editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
? Strong English communication
? Reliable, detail-oriented, meets deadlines
? Stable internet & organized workflow

BONUS SKILLS (Not required but a plus!)

? Motion graphics or animated captions
? Experience with TikTok Shop or e-commerce style editing
? Understands hooks and storytelling
? Experience working as a VA
