Real Estate VA | Real Estate Sales & Acquisition

We’re a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a skilled, full-time assistant with sales or acquisitions experience to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:
- Call and follow up with warm homeowner leads
- Prequalify sellers
- Build rapport and uncover motivation, condition, and timeline
- Update and manage leads inside our CRM
- Schedule appointments for me personally as well as doing the acquisition and sales yourself

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales, calling, or real estate acquisitions (preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Confident and persuasive on the phone
- Fast, reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
- Full-time availability: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM EST
