Amazon & Walmart Wholesale VA (Ungating, Brand Sourcing & Outreach)

We’re hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant experienced with the wholesale model on both Amazon and Walmart.
You’ll handle brand ungating checks, brand sourcing, contact info research, and occasionally brand outreach to open new wholesale accounts.


Responsibilities:

Review provided Excel files with 100–200+ U.S. brands

Test each brand on Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center to confirm if they’re gated or ungated

Add verified notes to the spreadsheet (e.g. “Ungated,” “Gated,” “Needs Review”)

Research and source new wholesale brands using SmartScout, Keepa, or similar tools

Find and add contact information (email, phone, website) for each brand

Occasionally reach out to brands for wholesale partnerships or account approval

Keep all notes and data well-organized

Communicate progress through Slack or Google Meet

Strong understanding of brand ungating

Proficient with SmartScout, Keepa, or similar tools

Great English communication and attention to detail

Reliable internet and consistent daily updates
