Cold Calling VA for Parking Lot Maintenance & Pavement Services

We’re looking for an experienced cold calling virtual assistant to contact property managers, business owners, and facility decision-makers about parking lot maintenance and pavement services (sealcoating, striping, asphalt repair, etc.).
The ideal candidate will have a friendly, confident phone presence, experience in telemarketing or appointment setting, and the ability to communicate professionally on behalf of our company.
Responsibilities
Make 50+ outbound cold calls daily to commercial prospects (list provided).
Ask discovery questions about parking lot maintenance needs (striping, sealcoating, repairs, etc.).
Record call outcomes in a Google Sheet or CRM (we’ll provide template).
Set appointments or forward warm leads for follow-up.
Maintain a positive and professional tone on every call.
Requirements
Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing (preferably in home services, construction, or B2B).
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
Comfortable working U.S. business hours (CST).
