Expert-level experience managing Meta Ads campaigns at scale with skincare/beauty brands and measurable results.
Strong analytics mindset: proficient in data interpretation, funnels, attribution models, and KPI dashboards specific to beauty e-commerce.
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Events Manager, Meta Business Suite; demonstrated success with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns for skincare.
Experience with creative testing, A/B testing, and knowledge of beauty ad formats and best practices.
Familiarity with other paid social channels (e.g., Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple skincare campaigns/brands, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and potential client interaction.
Knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4 and conversion tracking strategies.
Experience with automation, dashboards, or tools (e.g., ROAS dashboards, Excel/Sheets, SQL basics) is a bonus.
AI-enabled optimization experience: using AI-based creative testing, audience expansion, or automation tools to enhance performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field preferred but not required with relevant experience.
