YouTube Growth Specialist at Leading Fractional Marketing Agency

We’re hiring a full time YouTube Growth Specialist to grow our channel by improving what’s already live and keeping every new upload fully optimised. YouTube comes first. From there, you’ll help move content to Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, and our Spotify podcast when it makes sense.

You’ll use tools like vidIQ and our AI subtitle tools to update older videos, add helpful chapters, cards and end screens, expand descriptions with useful links, and keep playlists and the channel tidy.

You’ll run the community day to day. That means replying to comments, posting polls and updates, seeding helpful pinned comments, and keeping the Community tab active.

You’ll keep the ClickUp calendar and evergreen library up to date so every video is tracked. You’ll also recycle top short clips using our scheduling tools and post a short weekly growth update with subscribers, views, and watch time so everyone can see progress.
