???? Are you great at talking to people and building report over the phone?
Join our U.S.-based real estate investment team as a Virtual Assistant- Real Estate— and be part of a growing team that values consistency, communication, and results.

???? Your Role:
You’ll be the voice that starts every great deal. Your job is to connect with sellers, build genuine rapport, uncover why they’re looking to sell, and capture the key details that help our team understand their needs and level of motivation.

Key Responsibilities:
? Engage leads provided through our system (we provide the data + dialer)
? Build genuine rapport and trust with potential sellers to understand their motivations
?Qualify leads based on motivation, timing and fit with our investment criteria
? Gather and document critical property information, including condition, location
and seller’s urgency.
?Nurture leads through consistent follow-up to keep them engaged
? Manage CRM updates and notes (RESimpli)
? Set up and coordinate appointments and hand off to our acquisitions team

???? What We’re Looking For:
? Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), with a neutral or U.S.-
friendly accent.
? Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people over the phone
? Organized and detail- oriented; able to track and update lead information
accurately
? Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service preferred
? Knowledge of real estate terminology
? Reliable internet & quiet workspace
? Strong communication and follow-up discipline
? Comfortable working U.S. business hours (EST or CST time zone)
