We need a Systems & Acquisition Specialist to help architect the next phase of growth: someone who understands funnels, data, and automation… but also feels the heart of the mission.

???? YOUR ROLE
You’ll be the growth engineer — turning creative energy into organized systems that convert.

???? Key Responsibilities
-Build & optimize GoHighLevel funnels and automations
-Manage Meta + Google ads (setup, optimization, reporting)
-Lead cold outreach systems (LinkedIn, email, DM flows)
-Analyze data & KPIs — improve CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions
-Implement CRM automations, email sequences & nurture flows
-Identify leaks & opportunities in the acquisition ecosystem
-Collaborate with creative & content teams to align storytelling with performance

???? YOU BRING
-Mastery of GoHighLevel, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and automation tools
-Strong grasp of conversion metrics & optimization
-Experience with cold lead acquisition & retargeting
-Familiarity with tools like:
- Flodesk and Klaviyo
-Notion, Google Sheets for tracking
-Bonus: AI tools (ChatGPT, OpusClip, Canva Magic, etc.)
