Hours: 2 hrs/day, 3 days/week (?26 hrs/month) - With plans to expand hours once you're performing well.

- Job Overview

We’re an Australian solar and energy company looking for a Virtual Assistant to create and update solar and battery proposals using OpenSolar.
You’ll also help keep our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) up to date whenever processes or pricing change (after management approval).
No customer contact — just backend support and documentation.

- Main Tasks

Create solar & battery proposals in OpenSolar from provided specs.

Apply correct pricing, adders, and labels.

Export and email proposal PDFs to relevant salesperson.

Maintain version control and quality check all documents.

Update SOPs when workflows change (with management approval).

Assist with light admin tasks (Google Sheets, file naming, uploads).

- Requirements

Strong English comprehension.

Detail-oriented and good at following written instructions.

Experience with software tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets).

Willing to learn OpenSolar (training provided).

Reliable internet and quiet work environment.

Preferred:

Experience with OpenSolar, or solar admin tasks.

Basic understanding of solar / battery systems.
