JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We’re not looking for an average CSR — we’re looking for a closer.
Someone who knows how to control the call, overcome objections, and turn conversations into booked appointments.
This is a fast-paced, performance-based role supporting a U.S. home service company (sprinklers, drainage, and irrigation).
You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls, follow precise follow-up cadences, and keep every lead moving through the pipeline.
If you’ve worked in a high-volume call center and have sales, objection-handling, or phone training, you’ll fit right in here.
???? Core Responsibilities
Call back every lead within 5 minutes of inquiry.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and messages daily.
Follow call–text–call cadence for every unbooked lead.
Run unsold job campaigns weekly (clients who didn’t buy).
Call and connect with local businesses to create referral relationships.
Listen to recordings before returning calls and update CRM notes.
Track every activity — calls, texts, emails, website messages, and socials.
Keep CRM tags, workflows, and pipeline clean and accurate.
Submit end-of-day tracking report before logging off.

2+ years in a high-volume call center (outbound/inbound).
Strong sales or appointment-setting background.
Trained in objection handling and confident phone communication.
Experience with CRM & workflow tools (GoHighLevel experience is a big plus).
Fluent, confident English communication (neutral accent preferred).
Reliable internet, quiet work environment, laptop + headset.
