Google Ads & Meta Ads for Remodeling Company

We are a growing marketing agency based in Chicago, IL, managing multiple brands in the home services industry — including kitchen & bathroom remodeling, roofing, and masonry companies.
We’re looking for a results-driven Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist who can help us generate consistent, high-quality leads through paid campaigns.

? Requirements

- Proven experience running Google & Meta Ads for local service businesses (preferably home improvement, remodeling, or roofing).
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, A/B testing, and lead funnels.
- Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickUp, or ---------- is a plus.
- Excellent written English and attention to detail.
- Reliable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

-Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns for local service businesses.
-Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies that drive real leads (not clicks).
-Manage monthly budgets, track CPL (Cost per Lead), and report performance with insights.
-Research local keywords, competitor ads, and optimize for service-area visibility.
- Create or improve landing pages (using GoHighLevel or similar platforms).
- Implement retargeting campaigns and test new creative angles to increase conversions.
