Data Entry Assistant (Part-Time ? Full-Time Potential)

Just Funky, a leading pop culture lifestyle company, is looking for a Data Entry Assistant to support our operations team. This role starts at 4 hours/day (part-time) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time, 8 hours/day position based on consistent and high-quality performance.

Responsibilities include:

Entering, updating, and maintaining product and order information in Odoo and Webtech software.

Ensuring accuracy and consistency of data across systems.

Regularly checking for errors, duplicates, or missing information and correcting them.

Supporting cross-functional teams with timely data updates.

Generating simple reports and summaries as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience with data entry and working in platforms like Odoo, ERP, or e-commerce systems (preferred but not required).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Reliable, consistent work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines.

Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Compensation:

Starting rate: $3.50/hour.

Initial: Part-time (4 hours/day).

Can scale to Full-time (8 hours/day) with strong performance.
