SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR FOR LAW FIRM

Job Description:
We are a small law firm seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to help us build visually captivating and professional content that aligns with our firm’s brand. The ideal candidate is responsive, can take direction well, and is proactive in suggesting ideas and creating content independently.

You will primarily create posts for Instagram and LinkedIn, with potential projects including blog posts, newsletters, and captivating short-form videos/reels.

Responsibilities:
*Create visually appealing, professional, and on-brand graphics/posts for Instagram & LinkedIn.
*Source and use copyright-free images only.
*Develop engaging captions that resonate with entrepreneurs and business owners (our target audience).
*Take provided topics OR independently research and propose relevant content ideas for review.
*Assist with drafting blog articles and email newsletters when needed.
*Work efficiently and deliver high-quality content on time.
*(Added plus if you can) Create and edit captivating reels/short-form videos.

Qualifications:
*Proven experience in social media content creation (preferably for professional services, law firms, or B2B).
*Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
*Excellent written English (grammar, tone, and clarity).
*Knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn best practices.
*Creative eye for detail and consistency with branding.
*Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality.
*Self-starter with the ability to take feedback and adapt.

Compensation:
Project-based flat fees depending on the scope (e.g., per post set, per reel, per blog/newsletter).
Long-term collaboration opportunity if performance is strong.
