OnStage School of Music is a family-run, U.S.-based music school with over 800 students and growing! We provide fun, engaging, and high-quality music education for children and adults.
We’re looking for a Remote Sales & Admin Representative to join our team long-term. This role is perfect if you are energetic, detail-oriented, and great at both sales and customer service. But this isn’t your typical sales job—you’ll have real influence in the company by helping families begin their music journey while also ensuring they’re matched with the right teachers for long-term success.

What You’ll Do
Sales Duties
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective families.
• Explain programs, guide them through trial lessons, and close enrollments.
• Follow up with leads to ensure successful onboarding.
• Monitor and update the sales pipeline as needed.
• Improve and refine our established sales processes to boost efficiency and results.
• Own the entire sales and onboarding journey:
o Call and guide families into trial lessons.
o Select the best-fit teacher for each student (requires strong knowledge of our teachers’ strengths and teaching styles).
o Schedule and coordinate their lessons.
o Follow up after the trial to ensure satisfaction.
o If needed, recommend another teacher to ensure long-term student success.
This role carries real decision-making power. You’ll not only be responsible for growing enrollment but also for ensuring each student is paired with the right teacher, which is crucial for their success and for maintaining strong, full teacher schedules. You’ll work closely with our Teacher Liaison, who will provide insights about teacher strengths, preferences, and availability, so both sides (sales and teaching) are aligned.
Admin Duties
• Handle inbound calls, messages, and emails with friendliness and professionalism.
• Schedule and update student lessons using online platforms.
• Enter registration and payment details into our system.
• Assist admin with various tasks to help the business run smoothly.
• Make customer service calls to support client satisfaction and retention.

What We’re Looking For
• Excellent spoken and written English (clear, professional, warm). Must be a conversationalist and have a good energy on the phone.
• Strong sales skills or proven success in customer conversion.
• 1+ year in remote sales, admin, or customer service roles.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling tasks.
• Positive, patient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace and CRM tools (Go High Level).
• Reliable home setup: computer, high-speed internet, quiet workspace.
• Backup power/internet and a noise-canceling headset are a must.

Schedule (Philippine Time)
• Start part-time (20–25 hrs/week) during training.
• Grow into full-time (40 hrs/week) as you gain skills.
• Work must align with U.S. hours (EST, with some flexibility):
o Full-time Monday–Friday: 10 PM – 6:30 AM PHT with a 30-minute break

Compensation & Benefits
• Starting at $7 USD/hour (based on experience).
