JOB OVERVIEW

Scope Estate Capital is seeking a motivated and confident Real Estate Cold Caller to join our growing acquisitions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting property owners, building rapport, and identifying motivated sellers interested in selling their properties. You will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing relationships, and setting appointments for our acquisitions managers.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to property owners using the provided lead lists.

Qualify leads by identifying motivated sellers and gathering property details.

Maintain accurate and organized records of calls and lead information in our CRM system.

Follow up consistently with potential sellers to nurture leads.

Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals (calls made, leads generated, appointments set).

Represent Scope Estate Capital with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in real estate cold calling, sales, or telemarketing is a plus.

Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (for remote work).

Wage/Salary:
$3–$4 an hour (base + performance bonuses) — depending on experience and results.

Desired Hours per Week:
20–30 hours per week (flexible schedule available).
