Vacation Rental VA (EXPERIENCE ON HOSPITABLE REQUIRED)

Virtual Assistant – Airbnb, Hospitable, PriceLabs (STR Ops)
Remote | Work PST Hours

Must-Have Experience
- Managing listings on Airbnb, VRBO, and similar platforms
- Using Hospitable (channel manager) for:
- Automated messaging
- Calendar syncing across platforms
- Guest messaging and hospitality support
- Connecting Hospitable to PriceLabs for dynamic pricing
- Scheduling housekeepers and coordinating cleanings
- Calendar upkeep and availability management
- Handling Airbnb guest interactions, inquiries, and issues

Working Hours
Must be able to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required)
Experience with Turno, RemoteLock, or similar STR tools
Familiarity with local STR laws or Airbnb policies
