Virtual Assistant / Operations Partner – AI Agency for Aesthetics & Med Spa Industry

About Us

We are building one of the first AI-powered consulting and automation agencies dedicated to the aesthetics, med spa, and wellness industry.

Our mission is to help clinics scale efficiently using AI chatbots, automated marketing systems, and intelligent patient engagement tools that save time, increase revenue, and improve patient experience.

We are now hiring a Virtual Assistant / Operations Partner to support operations, automations, and client management as we expand rapidly this year.

Responsibilities:

Manage CRM, automations, and AI workflows
Support client onboarding, reporting, and communication
Create and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Research partnerships and leads (aesthetic clinics, vendors, device reps)
Test new AI tools and create SOPs or video walkthroughs
Track KPIs, dashboards, and performance analytics

Tools We Use:

You should have experience with, or be willing to learn:
GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, Make (Integromat), Airtable
ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Notion, ClickUp
Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social scheduling tools

Ideal Candidate:
Has background in marketing, automation, or tech
Interested in AI, automation, and business systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Works proactively and independently

Available 15–25 hours per week, with some EST overlap

Compensation:
$6–$9 USD per hour, depending on experience

Performance-based bonuses

Long-term growth potential into AI Project Manager or Operations Director role
