We’re hiring an experienced Email Outreach Virtual Assistant to manage cold email campaigns targeting private healthcare facilities in the UK.

Your job is to create, manage, and optimise cold email campaigns — ensuring high deliverability, strong replies, and consistent booked walkthroughs for our cleaning services.

Responsibilities:

Create and schedule cold email campaigns via tools like Instantly, SmartLead, or Apollo.io

Personalise outreach messages for healthcare businesses

Manage inboxes and reply to interested leads

Track and report daily open, click, and reply rates

Add qualified leads to CRM for follow-up

Requirements:

Experience running cold email or lead generation campaigns

Strong written English and attention to detail

Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instantly, or HubSpot

Organised, reliable, and able to work independently

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, UK hours preferred
