Cold Calling / Appointment Setting VA

We’re looking for a confident, fluent Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to contact private healthcare facilities across the UK and offer them a free site walkthrough for our cleaning services.

You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls, introducing our services, and booking qualified appointments.

Responsibilities:

Call dental clinics, pharmacies, and GP surgeries in the UK

Pitch cleaning services and offer free walkthroughs

Record call notes and outcomes in our CRM (HubSpot or similar)

Follow up with warm leads via phone or email

Hit weekly targets for booked appointments

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English and confident communication

Experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting

Familiar with dialers such as Aircall or GoHighLevel

Comfortable working UK hours (9 AM – 5 PM)

Positive attitude and results-driven mindset
