JOB OVERVIEW

The Opportunity
Paul Swider, CEO, Chief AI Officer at RealActivity needs a strategic partner to own his personal pipeline of high-value healthcare relationships. This isn't administrative support - you'll manage VIP executive relationships that come from his global speaking, Microsoft partnerships, and 30 years of healthcare connections. In addition help manage technical project schedule.

Your Mission
Convert Paul's network into business opportunities. Own relationship cultivation with hospital C-suite executives, manage strategic outreach in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and ensure every high-value connection gets white-glove attention.

What You'll Do
-Strategic Lead Management (Primary Focus)
Own Paul's personal lead list in Dynamics 365 CRM (separate from our SDR team's pipeline)

-Research and engage hospital CEOs, CIOs, and CMOs with personalized outreach
Schedule high-value appointments and prepare detailed pre-meeting briefs, proposals and sales strategies.

-Track relationships, capture intelligence, identify patterns across conversations
Coordinate warm introductions and follow-through on Paul's commitments

-Flag opportunities for partnerships, speaking engagements, or sales conversations
Executive Coordination & Brand Support
Manage Paul's calendar strategically - optimize for high-impact meetings. Liaise with our social communication manager, operations manager, and technical team.

-Assist in leads list management. Help finalize leads list for SDR team.

Schedule
6:00-11:00 AM EST (or 7:00 AM-12:00 PM EST)
Monday-Friday | 25-30 hours/week

You're the Right Fit If You Have:
-3-5+ years managing strategic relationships - sales support, account management, or executive partnerships
-Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM expertise - this is your daily workspace
-Exceptional business writing - you'll draft emails and messages in Paul's voice
-Strategic thinking - you connect dots, spot opportunities, understand context
-Professional presence - comfortable engaging with hospital C-suite leaders
-Proactive ownership - you see what needs to happen and make it happen
AI Tools: MUST be able to use new AI tools and switch tools as AI industry progresses. (Claude. ChatGPT, Copilot and AI sales tools)

Bonus Points:
Healthcare industry knowledge
LinkedIn strategy and engagement experience
Background in technology/SaaS sales operations
Understanding of AI or healthcare IT terminology
