We’re Hiring! Full-Time Marketing & Client Onboarding Assistant (Remote – Philippines)

We’re Apex AI Assist, a UK-based AI automation agency helping small businesses with smart websites, chatbots, and booking systems.

We’re looking for a highly organised, reliable assistant to help manage new client onboarding, set up forms & calendars in GoHighLevel, and keep our projects running smoothly.

???? What You’ll Do:
– Gather client info & update CRM
– Set up funnels, forms, and automations (training provided)
– Manage Google Docs & project checklists
– Assist with light website edits and content updates

???? Pay: ?38,000–?45,000/month (full-time, remote)
???? Hours: 9am–5pm UK time (4pm–12am PH)
???? Long-term role | Paid weekly via Wise | UK company
