YouTube Video Editor (Talking Head Style)

I run a new YouTube channel where I talk about crypto, trading, and finance. My videos are talking head style (me on camera), but I want them to be taken to the next level with engaging editing, similar to Iman Gadzhi’s style — clean, fast-paced, modern, and attention-grabbing. This Requires experience in After Effects.


The Role:
- Edit 1 talking head YouTube video per week (8–15 minutes long, occasionally up to 20 minutes)


Each video edit must include:
- Dynamic motion graphics & animations
- Subtitles / captions throughout the video
- Sound effects & background music (Must be Non-copyright)
- B-roll, zooms, and transitions to keep energy high


Editing Style References:

- Please review this video before applying so you understand the energy, pacing, and style I’m looking for.
- Follow the Iman Gadzhi editing style: fast cuts, bold (but clean) text on screen, smooth pacing that keeps viewers hooked. Maintain a consistent brand style (fonts, colors, music, etc.) across all videos.


Tools You Should Be Comfortable With:
- Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (or similar professional editing software)
- Basic audio cleanup and color correction skills
- Access to sound effects, stock footage, and ---------- s


What I’m Looking For:
- Previous experience editing YouTube talking head videos
- A strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention
- Creative use of text, transitions, and ---------- s to make content pop
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines (1 video per week)
- Strong communication skills and willingness to accept feedback


Workload & Availability:
- 1 video per week (with room to scale later)
- Videos will usually be 8–15 minutes long, sometimes up to 20 minutes
- Flexible hours — I care about quality and deadlines, not when you work


Salary / Pay:
- $150 USD per video (20 minutes or less) (One Video Per Week)
- Payment will be made weekly after the video is delivered and any requested revisions are completed
- Payments via PayPal, Wise, or your preferred method
- Additional opportunities for bonuses if videos perform well (e.g., strong audience retention, higher views, or standout editing that boosts engagement)
