About Us

Popolo Ceramico Ltd is a personalised ceramics franchise business, specialising in baby and children’s hand and footprints and pet paw prints.

We have a head office and 30 franchise businesses throughout the UK who all capture baby prints in person, on ceramics at various events.

We’re a small, but focused team that values proactivity, attention to detail, and taking ownership.

We are looking for a Go High level expert with experience with n8n, tech VA

What You’ll Be Doing…

Improving processes, systems, funnels and automation.

Setting up go high level

• Helping set up the main HQ Go High Level account (Agency) including all branding.
• Helping set up all franchisee accounts on Go High Level accounts (under my Agency account)
• Transferring existing funnel from my previous Go high level account (including all e-mail sequencing and WhatsApp automation)
• Advising any improvements that could be made to existing funnel and helping to create new funnels.
• Help with changing over from Zapier to n8n automation tool.
• Creating a order sheet on Go high level for each franchisee listing all products sold by franchisees, so they can complete at events and send copy to customer (including GDPR lockbox so we can transfer customer data directly to CRM)
• Ensuring each franchisees sum up or izettle is connected to go high level, so customers can make payments at events and data is transferred in to spreadsheet.

Setting up reporting + invoicing system

• Currently each franchisees reports their figures at the end of each month on a spreadsheet (how many sales they have made, how many events they have attended, what the events was, etc and the spreadsheet calculates their franchisee fees for that month. We then invoice via Free Agent software. We would like this information to be collection at point of sale and n8n set up so invoice is automatic.
• We would also like to look at possibility of automatic payments send from franchisees to HQ.
• All franchisee sales data needs to be centralized for HQ and analyze data.

Social media

• Ensure that all franchisee meta and Instagram accounts are correctly set up under Popolo Ceramico’s main HQ account.
• Setting up FB ads and retargeting ads to ensure any leads generated are sent directly through to Go High Level CRM and correct funnel is in place.
• Additional funnel set up for lead follow ups and calendar integrated for any client calls booked in.

Additional

Looking at all existing processes at see where improvements can be made. Example, slicker onboarding process for new franchisees.

Future expansion

Once everything is in place and all processes are running smoothly, I will be looking to offer this service to other businesses, therefore there would be a lot more work in the pipeline.

Must-Have Skills

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Expert in Go high level (essential)
• Understanding of n8n automation and how it can be integrated in to my business.
• Ability to build high performing funnels including automation.
• Understanding of how to set up FB ads, retargeting and connecting leads to CRM.
• Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Proactive - good understanding of the project and able to implement without constant direction.
• Fast, stable internet connection.

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)

Experience working with UK-based clients or businesses.
Experience with google ads
