Ready to be more than just a VA? We're building a new kind of real estate investment company, focused on genuine connections and effective solutions to seller’s challenges. We're looking for a proactive and ambitious Real Estate Virtual Assistant/ Cold Caller to grow with us.

About the Opportunity
We prioritize growth and profitability while making genuine connections. This role starts at 14-20 hours per week and gradually increases over a 30-day training period. Your performance will directly influence opportunities for raises and advancement.
This is an Audition! We'll select 3-5 candidates for a paid test project. Based on your work, we'll choose the best fit to join our team.

Your Role & Responsibilities (Initial Focus)
You'll primarily support our Wholesale and Fix and Flip operations. Our goal is to close 1-3 profitable Wholesale deals monthly, scaling to 3-5 while also supporting current Fix and Flip operations. This involves:
Lead Generation: Daily lead generation using existing dialers, crm’s, websites and real estate specific software via cold calls and direct mail.
Joint Venture Opportunities: Seek out and connect with other Wholesalers who we can potentially partner with. Also build new and nurture existing relationships with our network of cash buyers to close deals.
Neighborhood Research: Vetting neighborhoods using Google Maps, Street View, and online research.
Seller Communication: Contacting, following up with, and building relationships with potential sellers.
Buyer Communication: Vetting and building relationships with potential cash buyers in various regions and communicating with them when we have deals that fit their criteria.
Property Analysis: Determining After Repair Values (ARV) by running comparative analyses.
Fix and Flip Project Support: Getting quotes from contractors, auditing expenses/tracking project budgets, scheduling appointments with inspectors, and managing email & documents.
Digital Marketing Support: Covering website updates and maintenance, blog posts, and social media engagement and management.
Professional Presentation: Concisely presenting information to us (and potentially to customers).
Future Opportunities & Long-Term Vision
Our ambitious long-term plans include expanding into:
Fix and Hold Business: Domestic long-term and short-term rental properties.
International Short-Term Rentals: Including regions in the Philippines!
Occasionally, you may also assist with non-business tasks like searching for gift ideas or setting up personal appointments. We're excited to offer you challenges and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Bonus: If you're able to teach or tutor Tagalog lessons, that's a big plus!
