Podcast/Video Editor

We’re looking for a full-time Podcast & Video Editor to join our growing content production team. This is a remote role starting at $5/hour, with long-term growth opportunities for the right person.

You’ll be responsible for editing podcast episodes, short-form clips, and other marketing content for both our clients and internal projects.

Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form podcast episodes (audio + video) recorded on Riverside.fm
- Cut and caption short clips for social media
- Use tools like Opus, Caption AI, or Canva for quick, clean edits
- Add intros, outros, and background music as needed
- Keep project files organized and communicate clearly during revisions
- Collaborate closely with our team to ensure consistent quality and branding

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of podcast or video editing experience (or a strong, proven portfolio)
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and clean audio
- Must be familiar with Riverside.fm, our main recording platform
- Reliable internet connection and consistent turnaround time
- Attention to detail and willingness to take feedback constructively

Test Task:
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a test task — editing a testimonial video — to evaluate editing quality, storytelling flow, and attention to detail.
