Vlog Video Editor (YouTube / Personal Brand Content)

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented video editor to help bring our vlogs to life. You should have a strong sense of pacing, aesthetic composition, and storytelling — while also understanding modern retention editing (think of the fast-paced, “over-edited” YouTube style that keeps people watching).

This role is perfect for someone who can balance clean, cinematic editing with high-energy cuts, captions, ---------- s, zooms, and sound design that make the video engaging without feeling chaotic.

You’ll be working on 1–3 videos per week, usually 10–20 minutes each, and we’ll provide all the footage, references, and editing direction. The ideal candidate is flexible, takes feedback well, and consistently delivers polished edits on time.

Requirements:
- Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Experience editing YouTube vlogs or creator-style videos
- Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and modern attention retention techniques
- Good sense of aesthetics and clean composition
- Basic sound design and color grading abilities
- Fast internet connection for file transfers
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Bonus Points if You:
- Have edited content for influencers, vloggers, or YouTube creators
- Know how to create short-form versions (Reels, TikToks) from long-form content
- Can handle motion graphics or creative text overlays

Schedule & Workload:
