Credit Repair Specialist (U.S. Credit Repair | Disputes, CRM, Reports)

We are a U.S.-based credit repair company seeking a bilingual Credit Repair Specialist to handle dispute operations inside Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) and CFPB.

Responsibilities
- Manage disputes, clients, and updates directly inside Credit Repair Cloud.
- Review credit reports via Monitor Credit Hero Score and record updates.
- Secondary bureaus Security Freeze
- File CFPB complaints for accounts that remain unverified or unresolved.
- Prepare dispute letters (collections, charge-offs, inquiries, late payments, personal info).
- Keep all client folders organized in Google Drive.
- Communicate with the team in Spanish (instructions, messages, reports).

Requirements
- Credit Repair Cloud (CRC) experience – required.
- CFPB complaint process knowledge – preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish – preferred.
- Familiar with Monitor Credit Hero Score and Google Sheets/Docs.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality (PII handling).
- Reliable internet and proactive attitude.
- ID Proof 70 or higher (OnlineJobs.ph).

Nice to Have
- Experience with U.S. credit repair companies.
- Knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, CROA.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, ChatGPT, PDF converters).

Schedule & Pay
- $400–$900 USD/month, depending on experience.
- 20–40 hours/week, with 2–4 hours overlap with U.S. PST.
- Weekly pay for first 30 days (probation period), then semi-monthly.
- Long-term position with growth potential and bonuses.
