Outbound IT Call Center Representative for U.S. Based Company

A United States Leading IT & Technology Company is looking to add Outbound Call Center Representatives, based in the Philippines, to its growing team!

*The hours for this position are U.S. Eastern Standard Time, and you will be required to work during the company's business hours.*


Job Description

In this role you will place outbound calls and emails to potential client/leads to set up appointments, collect information, and conduct follow-ups. This is a remote support role designed to work in tandem with the in-house sales team located in the United States. Excellent customer service, proper phone etiquette, and English speaking is a MUST.

Job Responsibilities

-Generate new sales leads and gain market position for the company.
-Work directly with potential clients and leads via telephone, and email to describe our services and what -the company can do for their businesses.
-Educate potential clients on product/services offered to improve their online marketing, explain pricing, and answer questions that they may have.
-Schedule appointments for the U.S. sales team to meet with potential clients.
-Places up to 150 outbound calls each day.
-Continued brand and industry education to better service lead calls
-Maintains accurate daily record of calls and appointments set in tracker.
-Email marketing and utilizing websites & LinkedIn.
-Required Skills and Experience
-Must be fluent in English.
-Experience in B2B communications and cold calling.
-Strong understanding of computers and technology.
-Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
-Must be self-motivated with an ability to take initiative.
-Proper phone and email etiquette.
-Must have a willingness to learn and expand his or her knowledge in regards to IT Support & Tech Solutions.
-Must have the ability to quickly adjust priorities to respond to pressing demands.
