Combination Social Media & Email Marketing Manager (Long Term Role)

What We’re Looking For:

An experienced Virtual Assistant with at least 2 years of experience in:

Social media management & content creation

Video editing (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)


Email marketing (newsletters, campaigns, automation)

Your Daily Tasks:

Create, schedule, and post social media content

Edit videos provided by the CEO

Write captions, blogs, and newsletters in fluent English with knowledge of SEO

Help create course material to sell to parents with CEO

Manage community engagement (DMs, comments, etc.)

Use SEO and AI tools to improve content performance

Attend weekly Zoom/Google meetings and take notes

Help with admin tasks like meeting reminders and follow-ups

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Speak and write excellent English

Are friendly, proactive, and love learning

Can follow direction from social media coaches and apply new techniques

Are highly organized and positive
