Full-Time Storytelling AI Video Editor & Strategist (Ecommerce)

We’re looking for a Storytelling AI Video Editor & Strategist to join our growing creative team full-time. You’ll be responsible for creating captivating AI-driven videos that blend storytelling, visuals, and strategy, helping our ecommerce brands connect with audiences through scroll-stopping content on Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms.

If you’re passionate about crafting engaging narratives, experimenting with the latest AI tools, and driving real results through creative video strategy, this is the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do

Create high-quality AI storytelling videos using avatars and AI editing tools
Write compelling short-form scripts and select b-rolls that enhance the story
Use AI tools such as Synthesia, Runway, Pika, or HeyGen to produce realistic and engaging content
Brainstorm and develop new creative ideas, angles, and hooks for ads
Analyze competitors’ ads and identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align creatives with brand goals
Continuously test and optimize video styles, formats, and storytelling approaches

Requirements

2+ years of proven experience in video editing (preferably for social media or ads)
6+ months of hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Synthesia, Runway, Pika, or HeyGen
Strong understanding of creative strategy and storytelling for performance-based ads
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A curious mindset and eagerness to explore new AI and creative technologies
Bonus: Experience working with ecommerce brands or direct-response advertising
