Customer Support Assistant for Online Fashion Store (No Czech Required)

We’re Norello, an online fashion shop selling in the Czech Republic.
We’re looking for a Customer Support Assistant to help us reply to customer emails about orders, returns, and shipping.

You will:

Reply to customer emails using our templates and ChatGPT (no Czech needed — AI tools can translate)

Communicate in a friendly, polite, and professional tone

Help process returns and refund requests

Coordinate with our small international team when needed

Requirements:

Good written English

Detail-oriented and responsible

Experience in customer support, admin, or e-commerce preferred

Able to work independently and respond daily
