Who We’re Looking For
A top-tier designer and visual storyteller who lives at the intersection of web and graphic design. You understand brand systems, digital performance, and design that converts. If you create clean, modern layouts and eye-catching visuals that stop the scroll, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Designing marketing websites, landing pages, and campaign graphics
• Creating social media visuals, email layouts, and ad creatives that perform
• Supporting light WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify theme work (no coding required)
• Collaborating with strategists and media buyers to align visuals with performance goals
• Maintaining brand consistency across digital platforms
• Managing assets, exports, and project files in cloud-based workflows

What You Bring
• 4–6+ years of design experience for brands, agencies, or creators
• Expert skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (Webflow or WordPress a plus)
• Strong grasp of layout, typography, and responsive web design
• Experience designing for social, email, and performance ads
• Understanding of modern visual trends and what performs online
• Ability to deliver polished, conversion-driven design quickly and independently
