Outreach VA (Email Marketing / Lead Generation)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Outreach VA to help us manage and scale our outbound email campaigns. You’ll be responsible for building lead lists, enriching data, launch & run Instantly campaigns, and tracking results. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

·Build and enrich lead lists (target: 10,000+ verified leads per campaign).
·Manage and optimize Instantly email campaigns on a daily basis.
·Monitor campaign performance: open rates, replies, and positive responses.
·Communicate daily with the team about campaign results and improvements.
·Collaborate with the Setter VA to refine email copy and follow-up sequences.
·Track and report daily metrics via Google Sheets.
